What happens to your order one moment after you have purchased on our site:

A) Day 0 – Receipt of order
1. The back office processes orders received by 12 noon; otherwise they are processed the following day. The same applies to orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday: they will be processed on the first working day after the order is placed.
2. The order is processed depending on the payment method chosen, and in particular
– if the payment method chosen is PAYPAL, TWINT, POSTFINANCE CARD, POSTFINANCE E-FINANCE, VISA or MASTERCARD the order is processed on the same day;
– if the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order is processed when the incoming flow of the order amount is visualized on KosmetiCare Sagl’s accounts
3. The order is transmitted to our warehouses by 4 p.m;

B) Day 1 – La Posta shipping courier
4. According to the time of the order the goods, whose payment has been successful, are collected by La Posta. It picks up around 5 p.m. at our logistics centre, to which it issues a tracking number containing the destination location and any notes entered in the order (e.g. delivery by appointment).

C) Day 1-2 – Departure of goods
6. From the moment the goods are “put into dispatch”, the Post delivers within 48 hours to the location indicated in the order placed. *When priority shipping is requested, Swiss Post guarantees delivery within 24 hours. The freight cost can be seen on the summary page preceding confirmation of the order.
