Kosmeticare Sagl through the website Kosmeticare makes deliveries throughout the Swiss territory. The delivery address and the billing address cannot correspond to hotels or PO boxes. Deliveries are guaranteed by courier from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Customer registration

To proceed with the purchase of the products, the customer must register in the appropriate dedicated area, releasing the data necessary to process the order, indicating the business name, legal representative, registered office, address complete with street number, telephone number and address e-mail, for sending the invoice.

Prices displayed

All the prices of the items, shipping costs and ancillary expenses displayed on the website (unless explicitly stated and clearly indicated) are to be considered VAT excluded.

Billing and transport documents

Any order sent by Kosmeticare Sagl will be accompanied by a regular invoice.


If the customer mistakenly receives one or more products that do not conform to what was ordered, Kosmeticare Sagl will, by courier, collect the incorrect products and return the same products without additional costs for the customer.


Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours to the address indicated during registration. Upon delivery, the customer must verify that the boxes do not present any anomalies and, in the event, immediately report the anomaly to the carrier. Then notify us by e-mail info@kosmeticare.ch who will verify the case.

Kosmeticare Sagl guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the purchased goods are damaged during transport or do not comply with what is shown on the website. To exercise this right, you must send a simple message and return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt there of to info@kosmeticare.ch.
It is also noted that the right of withdrawal applies to damaged or non-compliant goods, but cannot be exercised by the customer if they have purchased goods by mistake. In the latter case, the shipping costs for the return of the product are borne by the customer.

Who does it apply to? The right of withdrawal is reserved only to private persons, thus excluding purchases made by retailers or by persons who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties or for professional use.

How to ship?After activating the withdrawal procedure, it is necessary to take all the necessary precautions to safeguard the goods from any damage. Kosmeticare Sagl reserves the right to refuse the goods received in the event of failure to comply with the procedure indicated above.

ATTENTION:it is advisable to use a courier company for Vs, trust or other means to allow the shipment to be traced. It is understood that the Kosmeticare Sagl. will not proceed with the reimbursement of the goods subject to the withdrawal, if it does not receive the relative delivery. The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

How is the refund processed?In case of payment by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made by crediting the same card or PayPal account. In case of payment on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account that the customer must indicate in his notice of withdrawal.
